Summer Planetarium Shows for Groups (June-July)


Summer Science Shows

Each show features a thrilling full-immersion image on our 50-foot dome screen with surround sound, and includes the popular Spacepark 360 Virtual Rollercoaster.

 

 



Prices

$5.00 per Adult or Child, per program
Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
We will only be accepting e-tickets. There will be no tickets sold on-site.
Limited Seating. Pre-purchasing required (3 days in advance of show).

For your safety, we have set up the following guidelines:
·         Reduced capacity to allow for distancing.
·         Cleaning before and after shows.
·         The planetarium be open 30 minutes before the show begins.
·         Staff and guests are required to wear masks
·         No entry after feature show begins.
·         You will be seated by the Planetarium Specialist and should stay in your assigned seat. 
·         Groups will be seated together
·         There will be 6 feet indicators to direct you while in the lobby.

Learn the basics of fusion and solar energy and why the Sun rises and sets. Examine the Moon’s orbit, craters, phases and eclipses. You’ll even take a look at past and future space travel to our Moon … and beyond!
Habitat Earth
Enjoy stunning visualizations of both biological and human-built networks (and of how they intersect), taking show-goers on an incredible, immersive journey through the interconnectedness of life on Earth.
Legends of the Night Sky: Orion
Legends of the Night Sky: Orion takes a lighthearted and imaginative look at the myths and stories associated with the constellation Orion, the great hunter of the winter sky.
Legends of the Night Sky: Perseus & Andormeda
Perseus and Andromeda is a fun-filled retelling of the tale of the beautiful but unfortunate princess Andromeda, who in divine punishment for her mother’s bragging, is sacrificed to a sea monster—and rescued by the Greek hero Perseus.
The Little Star That Could
Follow Little Star in his search for planets of his own to protect and warm. Along the way, he meets other stars and learns what makes each star special.
Magic Tree House: Space Mission
Peek into the treehouse and follow Jack and Annie on an exciting adventure as they meet a helpful astronomer and an astronaut.
